Trust me, if it was that fucking easy I wouldn’t be trying my fourth different anti-anxiety/depression pill

I wouldn’t have struggled with being in a new environment nearly as much when I went to college

I wouldn’t want to randomly cry for no reason almost once a day

I wouldn’t have to ward off suicidal thoughts when things get bad

I wouldn’t struggle to find joy in things that once made me happy

I wouldn’t be so dependent on people’s kind words to get through my life

I wouldn’t worry that my friend or family had died if they don’t respond to a text/message or are late meeting me somewhere

I wouldn’t walk around with my stomach in knots almost every time I say anything

I wouldn’t be making this fucking post
